We pride ourselves on producing unique, quality events. This would not be possible without amazing food! Here's some brief info on the event, how we operate, and what you can expect:

  • We anticipate about 2,500 folks to attend the event on 11/4/2018.
  • Those folks will be imbibing all day long (1p-6p) and will be anxious to scoop up your culinary creations!
  • We will do our best to navigate our vendor menus and to ensure overlap/competitive items.
  • We generally only accept local/regional vendors.
  • We typically cap it at 8-10 vendors.

I understand that I am responsible for removing all of our waste and leaving the designated area clean and free of debris, oil, and food waste contaminants. *
Festival will not accept grey water or grease for disposal.
I understand that there is a $250 non-refundable fee for vending space at this event. *
Vendor fees are due in full upon application acceptance. Additional fees may apply if power is requested.
I understand that I must provide a certificate of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. *
Insurance requirements and specifics will be included in acceptance packet upon vendor application approval.
